KitScan ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application KitScan.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

KitScan does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. All data generated within the app — including jersey scans, collection data, and profile information — is stored locally on your device only.

Camera and Photo Library The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to scan and identify football jerseys. Images are processed temporarily and are never uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.

AI Analysis Jersey images are sent to an AI service for identification purposes only. No personal information is attached to these requests. Images are not stored or used for any purpose beyond identification.

PAYMENTS

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment or billing information.

DATA STORAGE

All user data (collection, profile, scan history) is stored locally on your device using the device's secure storage. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

KitScan does not share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

KitScan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
